Fast Publication: Provisional acceptance to the submitted article is given in 1 week time. After consent of author(s), manuscript is peer-reviewed, and a first decision provided to authors in 2-4 weeks after submission.

Change of Journal Ownership and Publisher

The Journal of Environmental Law and Policy (ISSN 2564-016X) has officially transitioned to China Scientific Research Publishing, taking over publication from Asia Pacific Academy of Science Pte. Ltd. with effect from Vol 6, No 1 (2026). All new submissions should be made via the new journal website at https://journal.csrp-pub.com/index.php/jelp from February 10, 2026.
